Next-Level Champions (NLC) 

Next-Level Champions (NLC) is an invitation-only leadership and life-preparation symposium for elite high school student-athletes and their parents or guardians. Unlike traditional camps or showcases, NLC is not focused on athletic performance it is designed to prepare participants for the real-life decisions, pressures, and responsibilities that come with competing at the next level. Through structured sessions, guided discussions, and meaningful networking opportunities, athletes and their families gain insight into the academic, emotional, financial, and personal aspects of high-level athletics. The program creates a space for reflection, growth, and honest conversation helping participants understand not only how to succeed in sport, but how to lead with purpose beyond it.

Who It’s For

  • Elite high school athletes (grades 9–11)

  • One parent or guardian per athlete

  • Participants selected through nomination or invitation

People of a Certain Age (POCA™)

People of a Certain Age (POCA™) is a program dedicated to engaging and celebrating mature athletes creating opportunities for continued connection, wellness, and purpose through sport and community.

POCA™ recognizes that passion for the game does not fade with time. Instead, it evolves. This initiative provides a space where individuals can remain active, build relationships, and stay connected to the spirit of competition in a supportive and inclusive environment.

More than a program, POCA™ is a reminder that growth, movement, and community do not have an age limit.
